MEET THE CHEF

Chef Subheesh Manikoth was born and raised in Kerala, India where he grew up cooking and eating traditional South Indian cuisine. His passion for cooking led him to the Institute of Hotel Management where he was professionally trained and earned his bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts. While traveling around the world, he gained experience as a chef in India, the Middle East, Europe, and America cooking Indian, French, Italian and American cuisine.

Chef Subhi truly loves cooking and has worked as a head chef in many restaurants. Even on his days off, you can find Chef Subhi cooking for friends and family. He is passionate about cooking good food and showcasing North and South Indian dishes.
